Fees
Your first consultation (up to 30 Minutes) to establish your needs is cost and obligation FREE*.

Concierge Services, Assistant Services and Errands are charged at an hourly rate of $35.00.
De‐Cluttering and Organising Services are charged at an hourly rate of $65.00.

Monthly, annual and project rates available on request.

For every organising job the time needed varies depending on the size of your home or office, the amount of clutter we have to work through etc.
De‐Cluttering and Organising Services will begin with a three hour session, focussing on the areas that you have given the highest priority.
We will reassess your job after these three hours and decide on the most time and cost effective way for you to achieve your organising goal.

Depending on your further needs we might choose an hourly rate (suitable for smaller jobs), you can purchase a block of time or we will negotiate a price for larger jobs.


Terms
"In Office" jobs are charged in 15 minute blocks
"Out of Office" jobs are charged with a minimum of 30 minutes.
All third party costs remain your responsibility.
Expenses, (postage, photocopying, faxing, printing, telephone, fees like parking, tolls and booking costs) are additional.
Our fees may be tax deductible, please consult your accountant.


Payment
We accept credit card payments, cash, cheque or direct bank deposit.
A 25% deposit is required when we take on your job. The remaining 75% are due 7 days after a service has been completed.


Hours of Service
Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm. But feel free to ask us if you have different requirements!
Weekends by prior appointment.
We appreciate 24 hours notice to schedule a service/consultation. Last minute requests -  if  we can do it, we will.

*FREE initial assessment is valid for customers max. 30 minutes drive from Cleveland, QLD. Longer distances are charged in 15 minute blocks at $35/hour ($8.75/15 minutes). Assessment might be possible over the phone.
